Shape shopping experiences as a Retail Team Lead with Advantage Solutions. Provide in-store merchandising support and grow within a company serving over 4,000 brands.
In this role, you’ll lead merchandising efforts to enhance product visibility and maximize sales. Your experience of 1-2 years in merchandising or planograms will aid in building displays and resetting shelves. Collaborate with leadership to ensure efficient reporting and training in a flexible, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide in-store merchandising support for retailers
• Build displays and end caps effectively
• Reset shelves to enhance sales opportunities
• Support leadership with reporting and training
• Record work using smartphone or tablet
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of merchandising or planogram experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to work location
• Willing to travel locally within territory
• Flexibility to work Monday through Thursday
