Position: Retail Merchandiser for Local Store
Help shape customer experiences as a Retail Merchandiser at a locally-owned store. You will manage product organization and assist customers while maintaining store standards and appearance.

In this Merchandiser role, you'll contribute to health and beauty services in your community. Key tasks include organizing product inventory, ensuring shoppable displays, and following backroom inventory management processes. Additionally, you will assist in receiving goods and ensure compliance with store standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize backroom product according to BIMI processes

• Manage product returns and exit strategies as directed

• Ensure product displays meet customer focus standards

• Receive merchandise and maintain documentation

• Take initiative to assist customers in-store

Requirements:

• Some experience with computers and cash registers

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and in changing environments

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends

• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
