RONA is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to enrich customer interactions and manage special requests. You will ensure the store is organized, stocked, and ready to meet customer needs while participating in training for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with their product inquiries in-store and over the phone
• Prepare and confirm details for special orders with the purchaser
• Keep store areas well-stocked and merchandised properly
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular counts
• Stay updated on flyer and promotional events
Requirements:
• Experience in a customer-focused role

• Ability to lift and carry medium to heavy products
