Education and Experience

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
• Experience:
  
  Experience an asset or equivalent experience

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Sell merchandise
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

• Provides mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees
• Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work setting for newcomers and/or refugees
• Does not require Canadian work experience

• Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth
• Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth

• Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities
