Join Lids Sports Group as a 3rd Keyholder to nurture customer relationships while showcasing your passion for sports and fashion.
Lids is searching for retail salespeople who can energize the brand and provide exceptional service in stores nationwide. As a Sales Help Keyholder, you will play a key role in helping customers express their individuality through our products. The role also involves maintaining store aesthetics and efficiently managing store inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets through superior customer service
• Uphold merchandise presentation and cleanliness standards
• Manage inventory tasks and merchandise processing
• Adhere to company policies and operational guidelines
• Assist the Store Manager with daily responsibilities
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand frequently
• Capacity to walk and communicate effectively
• Experience with Point-of-Sale systems and software
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory
