As a key leader at Arc’teryx, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager while guiding a passionate team of Product Guides.
Your role encompasses all aspects of store operation, including community engagement and effective inventory management. You will promote a culture of feedback and celebrate achievements as you facilitate a world-class guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead in alignment with Arc’teryx Vision and Values
• Support in-store experience during each shift
• Deliver world-class guest experiences through product knowledge
• Coach Product Guides and drive team performance
• Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising
Requirements:
• 1+ years leadership experience and retail knowledge
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Proven time management and adaptability
