Be a key part of Lids Sports Group as a 3rd Key Holder.
Your role will focus on enhancing customer experiences and driving sales through expert service.
As a Sales Help Keyholder, you'll help energize the store by fostering a passion for our fan-driven products. You will guide customers to find the ideal items that express their personal style while meeting performance targets and maintaining a tidy retail environment. This position values strong communication and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve store revenue through exceptional customer service
• Display merchandise according to store visual guidelines
• Manage and assist with store inventory processes
• Support adherence to LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and standards
• Complete other assigned store duties as necessary
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally
• Experience operating computer and POS systems
• Capability to stand and walk regularly on the job
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
