As a Team Lead, you will work closely with the Management Team to ensure your store meets its sales and profit objectives. In this role, you will manage daily operations, drive performance, and support team development. Adaptability to various schedules and responsibilities will be key to your effectiveness in delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align store performance with corporate objectives

• Manage store operations, including shrink and payroll

• Create a welcoming shopping experience with effective merchandising

• Train and coach your team consistently

• Collaborate with Store Manager for effective coordination

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of supervisory experience in retail

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong multitasking capabilities

• Available to work evenings and weekends
