Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in alignment with the Arc’teryx Vision

• Support product guides in delivering a world-class guest experience

• Champion leadership on the sales floor five days a week

• Oversee inventory management for optimal sales performance

• Communicate company initiatives to the team

Requirements:

• 1+ years of leadership experience

• Strong customer service skills and passion

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs

• Availability for key holiday shifts
