Aerie Brand Ambassador Position

Become a part-time Brand Ambassador for Aerie in Kelowna, BC, and bring your love for our products to life in-store! Engage customers and enhance their shopping experiences while showcasing the brand's values.

As a key representative of AEO, you will utilize your excellent people skills to connect with guests and promote our AE and Aerie product lines. This role demands versatility as you’ll assist in different areas of the store. You’ll need to approach tasks with integrity and a proactive mindset to delight each customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers with the AEO Selling Model

• Share product knowledge and personal recommendations

• Actively promote the AEO loyalty program

• Assist across Sales floor and Cash & Wrap as needed

• Resolve customer issues following company policy

Requirements:

• Passion for customer interaction

• Retail experience is a plus

• Competence in multitasking

• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends

• Must be 16 or older
