Support MCC BC by joining as a Thrift Shop Associate in Kelowna, British Columbia. This part-time position involves logistical operations and direct customer interaction in a friendly retail environment.
In the role of Thrift Shop Associate at MCC BC, you will manage back-of-house operations, including donation processing and inventory management, while also engaging with customers on the retail floor. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and sort donations for efficient storage
• Price and prepare inventory for retail display
• Assist customers and handle checkout efficiently
• Keep back-of-house and retail areas organized
• Maintain a clean and appealing shop environment
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable in a varied and fast-paced work setting
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
• A satisfactory criminal record check
