Patagonia’s Kelowna store seeks an Activism Team Leader to guide the Retail Environmental Activism Program while delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead the team on activism initiatives, donations, and community partnerships, working with the Marketing Team Leader to create events that inspire action.
You will coach staff, assist in hiring and training, and help manage store operations, ensuring alignment with Patagonia’s mission and values.
