Part-Time Liquor Store Associate West

Become a key player at Otter Co-op as a Part-Time Liquor Store Associate at Angry Otter Liquor in West Kelowna, BC. Your excellent customer service and product knowledge will enhance every shopping experience.

In this role, you will report to the Liquor Store Manager and deliver high-quality service to guests. Responsibilities include processing register transactions, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment. Ideally, you should have liquor retail experience, but a passion for customer service is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to liquor store guests

• Process transactions and maintain balanced register drawers

• Stock, face, and rotate liquor products effectively

• Organize and put away incoming deliveries

• Maintain cleanliness in store and storage areas

Requirements:

• Serving it Right license is mandatory

• Liquor retail experience preferred

• WSET 1 accreditation required within one year

• Able to lift 50 lbs. regularly and stand for 8 hours

• Must be 19 years of age and available for various shifts
