We're known for products made right on premise: house-made sausages, hand-cut steaks, seafood, appetizers, desserts, rubs, sauces, and ready-to-serve meals that our customers can't get anywhere else. We're looking for a Meat Cutter to join our team, someone who takes pride in the cut, cares about quality, and wants to be part of a tight-knit team in one of the most beautiful places to work in Canada.

Requirements / What do you need?
- Someone who takes pride in the cut
- Proven experience or background in meat cutting
- Willingness to learn and expand your knowledge, as well as grow as an individual
- Dedication to learning a large catalog of cuts, specialty preparations, and seasonal offerings
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and clean work environment
- A drive to find solutions rather than point out problems
- Flexible Availability
- Physical Stamina
