Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train sales and customer service staff

• Create staff schedules and assign roles

• Authorize payments and manage returns

• Address customer inquiries and stock issues

• Generate sales and personnel reports

Requirements:

• 2 years in a customer service environment

• Supervisory experience is an asset

• Must communicate effectively in English

• Ability to maintain store aesthetics

• Flexible to perform duties alongside staff when needed
