MEC is seeking a Used Gear Advisor to create a welcoming space for members buying and selling second-hand gear. You will guide the gear swap journey from intake to merchandising, sharing trusted advice on condition, fit, and value based on your outdoor experience.
You will help maintain store operations, merchandise gear, and support inventory accuracy while promoting sustainability and accessibility for more people to get outside.
