Position: Real Canadian Superstore Maintenance Worker

Support the success of Real Canadian Superstore by joining as a Maintenance Worker in British Columbia. This role enhances the customer experience through diligent maintenance and excellent service practices.

As a key member of the Maintenance team, you will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Your tasks will include maintaining product displays and scanning products accurately. This physically demanding job requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs and collaborate with team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary customer service during every customer interaction

• Accurately scan products at checkout points

• Execute company-directed programs and promotions

• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays

• Work collaboratively with the store team to meet customer needs

Requirements:

• Flexible availability for assigned shifts

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs as necessary

• Experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Passing a criminal background check is mandatory
