Customer-Centric Brand Ambassador

Become a part-time Brand Ambassador at AEO in Kelowna, BC, and engage customers with your vibrant personality. Your mission is to enhance every shopping experience and foster brand loyalty.

In this role, you'll embody the AEO brand values while working part-time as a Brand Ambassador. You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, promote products, and flexibly manage sales, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom tasks. Your primary aim is to resolve customer concerns proactively while adhering to AEO's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model

• Promote AEO loyalty programs and brand initiatives

• Flex between sales, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom

• Resolve guest concerns following company policies

• Assist team members to achieve store goals

Requirements:

• Passion for AE and Aerie products

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• At least 16 years of age

• Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
