Otter Co-op is seeking a part time associate for its Riverside location. This role emphasizes customer service, register management, and product knowledge. Ideal candidates will have liquor retail experience and a Serving it Right license, ensuring a safe and engaging retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide courteous service to guests and ensure satisfaction
• Process register transactions accurately, including refunds
• Balance register drawer at the end of shift
• Stock and rotate liquor products on shelves
• Keep store areas clean and organized
Requirements:
• Liquor retail experience preferred
• Serving it Right license required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Open availability for various shifts
• Over 19 years of age
