As a Senior Liquor Store Associate, reporting to the manager, you will enhance the guest experience while handling transactions and maintaining inventory levels. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Conduct register functions, including activations and refunds
• Ensure proper product rotation and shelf stocking
• Maintain the cleanliness of retail and storage areas
• Promote sales through product knowledge and engagement
Requirements:
• Liquor retail experience is a plus
• Serving it Right license is essential
• WSET 1 qualification must be achieved within one year
• Capable of lifting heavy items up to 50 lbs
• Flexible with availability for shifts
