Serve as a Keyholder at Pet Valu in Kelowna, British Columbia, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency in a pet-loving community.
Your role emphasizes both customer engagement and store management.
The Keyholder position requires a blend of customer service experience and operational management. You will handle transactions, stock shelves, and ensure cleanliness within the store. Your leadership will guide ACEs and maintain daily operations in collaboration with store managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service at the checkout
• Organize and manage merchandise paperwork
• Place items in stock, focusing on pet supplies
• Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained
• Help with unloading deliveries of pet food and supplies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in retail or related services
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Friendly demeanor and strong service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
