As a Keyholder, your responsibilities will encompass managing store operations, cash handling, and enhancing customer experiences. Drawing upon two years of retail expertise, you will guide associates in the absence of management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cash register and handle payments
• Prepare merchandise and perform administrative tasks
• Ensure store cleanliness and orderliness
• Lift and stock pet supplies and equipment
• Assist with opening and closing the store
Requirements:
• Retail or customer service experience of at least 2 years
• Knowledge of POS operations
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
• Flexible shift availability including evenings
