This full-time Store Manager oversees a Claire's location focused on self-expression, creativity, and current trends. Key Responsibilities:
Drive retail targets through sales strategies and promotions
Create positive, inclusive customer shopping experiences
Complete piercing training and provide aftercare guidance
Oversee inventory, cash, merchandising, and promotional activities
Recruit, train, and develop store team members
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years of retail management experience
Strong communication, selling, and customer service skills
Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist
