Wholesale Club Grocery Department Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations within the grocery department
Meet or exceed department sales and profitability goals
Train associates in service, product knowledge, and merchandising
Coordinate inventory levels and timely merchandise replenishment
Lead diverse teams supporting productivity, engagement, and retention
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
Previous retail management experience, preferably departmental or specialty retail
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
Flexible availability for nights and weekends
