Part Time Territory Sales Representative

Drive territory sales in Kelowna with Encore, using consultative selling and merchandising to improve consumer packaged goods performance. This is part time, 15 hours weekly.
As a Sales Representative, you will identify business development opportunities across an assigned geographical territory. You will represent consumer packaged goods brands while building retail relationships, improving product availability and executing merchandising initiatives. The work combines sales, relationship management and hands-on retail execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Build trusted relationships with retail accounts
- Introduce products and promotional initiatives
- Secure orders, bookings and promotional allocations
- Merchandise products and review inventory levels
- Provide feedback on retail conditions and opportunities
- Previous sales experience, ideally one to three years
- Consumer packaged goods territory sales and merchandising experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong selling, negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Reliable vehicle and high-speed home internet
