Use customer service and sales skills as a Front Counter Sales Representative with Kal Tire in West Kelowna, BC. Work full-time seasonally.
You will be Kal Tire’s first customer contact, helping people choose suitable products and services. The position includes quotes, parts lookup, invoicing, appointments, and vehicle check-ins. You will also communicate with the shop team while maintaining accurate records and safe, organized work areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers and answer product and service inquiries
- Prepare quotes and explain available options clearly
- Complete vehicle check-ins outdoors in all weather
- Look up parts, pricing, and availability internally
- Prepare invoices and process transactions accurately
- Previous customer service and sales experience
- Interest in tires, vehicles, or parts lookup
- Strong communication and customer-first approach
- Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather
- Ability to lift 30–50 pounds as required
