Help Kelowna guests create homes they love through furniture sales, relationship-building, and organized follow-through. Work on the sales floor at Ashley Canada.
The Dufresne Group seeks a Sales Associate for its Ashley location at 2514 N Hwy 97. You will understand guest needs, recommend appropriate products, and pursue sales goals through store traffic, calls, and online leads. Success requires current knowledge of products, trends, and competitor offerings. The position also involves using MS Office, learning new systems, and staying active on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:- Recommend furniture products that meet guest needs
- Develop relationships through store traffic and outreach
- Track product trends and competitor offerings
- Organize guest requests and complete follow-through
- Achieve or exceed sales objectives
- High school diploma
- Two or more years of retail sales experience preferred
- Commissioned sales experience preferred
- Comfort with MS Office and new systems
- Ability to lift up to thirty pounds
