Conduct scheduled and random mobile patrolsRespond to alarms, emergencies, and service callsPerform interior and exterior property checksLock and unlock buildings and gatesIdentify and report security, safety, and maintenance issuesComplete detailed incident and patrol reportsCommunicate with dispatch, clients, and emergency servicesOperate company vehicles safely and professionallyFollow site post orders and company policiesRequirements
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the security industryValid BC Security LicenceValid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstractAbility to pass a Criminal Record CheckStrong written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to work independently, including overnight shiftsPhysically capable of patrol duties (walking, stairs, driving)Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)Legal eligibility to work in CanadaEducation Requirements (All)
Grade 12 or GED equivalent
Certification Requirements (All)
Valid BC Security Licence
