Valid BC Security LicenceOFA Level 1 (or equivalent)Class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstractAssets (Nice‑to‑Haves)Resided in Canada for the past 5 years (for clearance purposes)AST certificationAdditional First Aid trainingKey ResponsibilitiesProvide professional, first‑class customer service to clients and site usersConduct continuous foot patrols
