This is a unique role where you will uphold high standards of cleanliness while ensuring the safety of residents. You will engage in essential janitorial tasks, conduct regular security checks, and respond to any emergencies, ensuring a smooth and secure environment for all. Strong communication skills are necessary for resident interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sanitize and maintain common areas
• Patrol areas and oversee surveillance systems
• Screen and greet visitors at building entries
• Handle emergency calls and provide first aid
• Document security incidents and report accordingly
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in janitorial work
• Grade 12 or equivalent education required
• Understanding of security procedures beneficial
• First Aid & CPR certification needed
• WHMIS completion is an asset
