Position: Full Time Asset Protection Partner
Join SEPHORA as a Full Time Asset Protection Partner in Kelowna, BC, focused on delivering exceptional service while preventing theft. Utilize surveillance and collaborate with law enforcement to protect our store’s assets.

In this critical role, you will deliver professional support for loss prevention and store operations. Your responsibilities include conducting regular surveillance, adhering to applicable laws, and preparing detailed theft reports. Collaborating with store leadership, you will assist in inventory processes and develop strategies to minimize shrinkage and enhance loss prevention practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales floor surveillance and CCTV monitoring

• Report theft incidents and merchandise recoveries

• Train new employees on loss prevention strategies

• Execute store self-audits and safety inspections

• Develop strong relationships with local law enforcement

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year loss prevention experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

• Must lift up to 50 pounds
