As a Loss Prevention Partner, you will focus on customer service while ensuring the security of the store environment. Your duties will involve surveillance, loss prevention training, and coordination with store management to develop effective shrinkage prevention strategies. Additionally, you will complete audits and prepare reports on theft incidents, maintaining a professional rapport with law enforcement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveillance to identify theft risks
• Document and report theft incidents accurately
• Facilitate loss prevention training for new hires
• Conduct safety inspections and communicate findings
• Collaborate with local law enforcement
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in asset protection
• Strong communication skills required
• High school education or equivalent
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
