As an Asset Protection Partner, you will play a vital role in safeguarding Sephora's assets. This full-time position involves responsibilities such as monitoring the sales floor, utilizing CCTV for theft prevention, and collaborating with the Leadership team to optimize operational controls. Additionally, you'll conduct training sessions and maintain essential relationships with law enforcement and store personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveillance and monitor for theft activities

• Prepare reports on theft incidents and audits

• Assist in employee training for loss prevention

• Perform self-audits and communicate results

• Develop loss prevention strategies with leadership

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work flexible hours and locations

• Maintain all licensing requirements
