Campus Guard Position BC

As a Campus Security Guard, you're encouraged to perform patrols, respond to incidents, and maintain a visible presence around the campus. This position is perfect for approachable individuals who thrive in community interactions and are committed to ensuring student and faculty safety. You will also assist in emergencies, enforce policies, and engage in necessary drills to manage safety effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute regular safety patrols around campus buildings

• Serve positively for students, staff, and visitors

• Monitor site access and manage CCTV systems

• Respond and communicate effectively during incidents

• Assist with evacuation or lockdown procedures when required

Requirements:

• Valid BC Security License required for application

• At least 2 years of security or related customer experience

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Physically able to perform on-foot duties for long periods

• Willingness to obtain First Aid Level 2 (OFA2)
