In this full-time Asset Protection Specialist role, you will focus on minimizing theft and maintaining operational integrity. Your responsibilities include monitoring store activity, conducting safety inspections, and establishing rapport with law enforcement. You'll also engage in training initiatives to enhance security awareness among staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales floor surveillance for theft deterrence

• Create reports on theft incidents and audit results

• Mentor employees on effective loss prevention strategies

• Complete safety inspections and compliance checklists

• Work with the Leadership team on loss prevention plans

Requirements:

• 1+ years in asset protection or similar fields

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• High School diploma or similar qualification

• Available for flexible hours and locations

• Comply with all required licensing standards
