Become a key player in the safety of Gateway Casino as a Security Officer, where you'll ensure the protection of guests and employees.
Your role includes addressing concerns promptly and effectively while adhering to provincial gaming laws.
In this casual position, you will oversee security operations, demonstrating your customer service expertise. A minimum of six months of security experience is required, along with proficiency in communication and analytical skills. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring security systems and providing First Aid assistance as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond quickly to guest inquiries on the gaming floor
• Manage access to secure areas of the casino
• Supervise alarm systems and key issuance
• Conduct investigations and write detailed reports
• Deliver First Aid and medical support as required
Requirements:
• At least 6 months of experience in a security role
• Proven customer service proficiency
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Current First Aid/CPR certification preferred
• Willingness to obtain IGCO registration in BC
