With at least 3-5 years of security experience and 2 years in a leadership role, you will conduct site inspections, manage personnel, and address operational issues promptly. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage security personnel effectively

Requirements:

• Degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field

• 3-5 years experience in security, 2 years in leadership

• Valid Security Worker and Driver's Licenses

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management systems
