As a Security Guard, you will uphold safety at the Ledge on Lakeshore Development for Commissionaires BC. This position requires conducting foot patrols, engaging in public safety communication, and accurate reporting of incidents. We seek proactive individuals who can calmly handle various situations while maintaining security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform foot patrols for security surveillance

• Engage with community members with empathy

• Apply de-escalation techniques in stressful situations

• Report incidents accurately and in a timely manner

• Follow established security policies consistently

Requirements:

• Valid security license (BST) is essential

• Class 5 driver's license needed

• High school diploma required; post-secondary an asset

• At least 1 year of related work experience

• Skilled in conflict resolution and communication
