This full-time, onsite position spans various locations including Keremeos and Penticton, emphasizing the importance of customer service in patient health journeys. Key Responsibilities:

• Process blood and lab samples with precision

• Enter test requisitions accurately and timely

• Conduct phlebotomy with patient care in mind

• Sort and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis

• Secure confidentiality and maintain quality compliance

Requirements:

• CSMLS or BCSLS certification required

• At least 1 year experience in phlebotomy preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask

• Willing to travel between multiple LHSC facilities
