Position: Employment Services Network Coordinator
Location: Penticton

Facilitate community engagement as a Network Partnership Liaison. Strengthen relationships with key partners and manage comprehensive referral systems to improve service outcomes.

In this critical role, you will oversee the connection between Employment Services Providers and community supports, ensuring clarity in referral processes. Your work includes monitoring referral activities, identifying system challenges, and developing strategies for improvement. This position champions collaboration to enhance sustainable employment across diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with Employment Services Providers

• Support clarity in service pathways and expectations

• Monitor and analyze referral activity trends

• Track partnership engagement and document outcomes

• Communicate findings to support program leadership

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Human Services or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in system coordination

• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities

• Capability to analyze and interpret data trends

• Familiarity with referral-based service systems preferred
