You will utilize strength-based plans to build trust with youth while providing supervision and emotional support. As part of a collaborative team, you will ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents while promoting healthy routines and connections. Your efforts will help youth in crisis regain hope and direction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support youth through individualized goal setting
• Provide daily supervision and ensure client safety
• Offer crisis intervention and behaviour management
• Assist with personal care and household duties
• Maintain comprehensive records of client activity
Requirements:
• Diploma in a relevant human or social service field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Must possess a Class 5 driver’s licence
• Background check completion is necessary
• Willingness to work overnight hours
