Ultimate Frisbee Programs Coordinator

Join the Kelowna Ultimate Players Society (KUPS) this summer as their Recreational Programs Coordinator and play a pivotal role in promoting ultimate frisbee. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to coordinate engaging programs and events.

The role spans 8-9 weeks and involves direct collaboration with the General Manager to foster community engagement. You will support the growth of ultimate frisbee participation among youth and adults, focusing on organizing exciting leagues and clinics while espousing the spirit of the game.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning KUPS ultimate leagues and tournaments

• Handle logistics for various recreational events

• Coordinate youth coaching sessions and activities

• Engage with community to boost KUPS membership

• Help create dynamic social media outreach

Requirements:

• Must be between 15-30 years old

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Experience in recreational sport programming

• Proactive problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with digital content creation tools
