arc programs is seeking a dedicated Child, Youth and Family Counsellor to join our mission of fostering strong communities. Ideal candidates will engage with youths and their families, providing case management support and facilitating positive life skills development. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as responsibilities may extend into evenings or weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with social workers for case management support

• Assist children and youth in engaging with needed services

• Support life skills and recreational activity engagement

• Mentor and educate caregivers in their interactions

• Provide crisis intervention in caregiver's home

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience with youth and families

• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented

• Valid BC Driver's License and vehicle required

• Pass a screening process including a criminal record check
