As a Community Support Worker, you will engage directly with clients referred by Community Living BC, facilitating personal growth and skill development. This role emphasizes collaboration with families and community stakeholders to achieve meaningful service goals. Your patience and professionalism will help clients navigate life's challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outreach support on a one-to-one basis

• Develop collaborative service goals tailored to individual needs

• Assist with daily living including appointments and meal planning

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions

• Work alongside families and community resources effectively

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in human or social services

• Minimum one year experience with complex needs

• Excellent communication and judgment skills

• Access to a reliable vehicle for client transport

• Ability to maintain ethical and professional boundaries
