Position: Support Worker for Community Inclusion
Location: Penticton

In the role of Community Support Worker, you will provide essential support to individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities, helping them build important life skills and navigate daily challenges. The work is impactful, requiring dedication to strength-based and harm-reduction practices while collaborating with families and local resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one support tailored to individual needs

• Assess and establish collaborative life goals with clients

• Facilitate daily activities, such as budgeting and shopping

• Document client progress and maintain essential records

• Collaborate on behavioral support strategies and group activities

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a related field

• At least one year of applicable experience

• Skilled in communication and documentation

• Class 5 driver’s license and access to transportation

• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices
