Registered Social Worker

Become a Registered Social Worker with the Outreach Urban Health team in Kelowna. This temporary role offers a chance to provide impactful care until August 2027 or the return of the current employee.

We are seeking a relief Social Worker skilled in comprehensive assessment, care planning, and treatment coordination. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver psychosocial support and advocacy for patients with complex needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assessments and care planning

• Coordinate treatment and advocate for clients' needs

• Deliver direct psychosocial care and counseling

• Educate clients and link them to specialized resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Work

• Two years of related healthcare experience

• Full registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers

• Valid BC driver’s license

• Strong skills in working with complex clients
