Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailor-made treatment plans

• Facilitate psycho-educational workshops

• Teach mindfulness and relapse prevention strategies

• Leverage community resources for enhanced participant support

• Assist participants in personal issue identification and transition planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related area

• Minimum of 3 years in addiction and mental health support

• Proven group facilitation skills

• Strong oral and written communication abilities

• Must possess a valid BC driver's license
