Set to last until March 31, 2027, this position offers the opportunity to support youth in meeting their emotional, social, and educational needs. As a Residential Worker, you'll engage in person-centered care while collaborating with professionals to develop Personal Service Plans. Your contributions will help foster essential life skills in residents, making a crucial difference in their journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in case management and care planning processes

• Provide training in meal preparation and housekeeping

• Support residents in community activities and appointments

• Promote safety through supportive crisis management

• Keep thorough records and incident documentation

Requirements:

• Certificate in human/social services or related field

• At least one year of relevant experience

• Successful completion of the agency's screening process
