This role involves providing dedicated support through assessments, skill-building, and motivation. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and develop individual action plans

• Manage a caseload of 80-100 clients effectively

• Ensure compliance with WorkBC targets and deliverables

• Facilitate strong employer and community partnerships

• Host events to promote employer connections with clients

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a relevant field

• Proven experience in case management practices

• Ability to work with individuals with complex barriers

• Comprehensive understanding of local job markets

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
