BGC Okanagan in Kelowna (Downtown Youth Centre) seeks a Shelter Diversion Worker for a temporary role until Mar 31, 2027. You’ll help youth in crisis identify safe alternatives to shelter, develop safety plans, and connect them with community resources.
This role focuses on preventing homelessness, reducing harm, and creating meaningful outcomes each shift, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and crisis intervention.
